Rigid plastics firm Pact Group has bought the Viscount Plastics division from Linpac, for an undisclosed sum
Australia-based Viscount Plastics, with its production facilities in Australia, New Zealand, China and Malaysia, manufactures and markets rigid plastic containers, plastic packaging and other plastic products, according to packagingnews.co.uk.
Deutsche Bank managed the sale which was completed at the end of July.
A Linpac Group spokesperson was quoted by the website said that it Rothschild was advising it on a sale process for its North American division, Ropak.
